Jason McPherson & Craig Vial - Untitled - Sydney

Postby Craig Vial on Sat Jun 10, 2006 9:43 pm

Hey people. My friend Jason and I got our inserts at 8-30pm, so the clock is officially running! We're technology fearing folk, so we're going to post our entry by mail. We'll post to check in our progress throughout the challenge.

OK, we've got a rough story, and some breakdowns.

We're starting in a share house where the tenants are talking about a recent news story about how Gypsies are coming to town and how everyone should be extra security concious. Lo and behold, a teenage gypsy girl nicks a baggie of weed from the window and makes off with it.
We then follow the girl on a crime spree throughout the night, and her attempts to evade security guards. Eventually she finds her way to a party being held by gypsies, where they are celebrating her boyfriends release from gaol/custody/sumfin'. She gives her bf the dope for a present.
Finish in a pub, where one of the tenants from the start is complaining about his dope being stolen. The boyfriend is also in the pub, and sells the guys weed back to him.

It's a shame I can't show you some of Jason's excellent art work, but what the hey.

Hmmm...seems his entry is just as invisible as before! It might be my terrible connection, but the refresh button, brings no refreshment!

And well worth the effort. Nice job, Craig and Jase.

Hey nice stuff, a bit light on the plot, but it has amazing energy and pace!

Very likable - that Tash chick has a lot of attitude.

Thanks a million, mark. And thanks also for the nice comments.

A shame my crappy lettering didn't come out so well, but that's what learning is for, I guess.

cheers
