Tsumi Thank you! I'm feeling so much better after a couple of days rest. Also what's weird is yesterday my house mate came home with a bicycle pump... and I just kept going .. 'if he had you before I wouldn't have needed to look up reference as to what a bicycle pump looks like..' XD
