A friend of mine wrote this up drunkenly one Sunday morning while walking home at 2am, figured it was a nice and simple enough piece to adapt and get the sequential gears rolling again...

I agree. I also think your storytelling is really good here and you set the mood really well. The story needs another page or two, it kind of leaves you hanging a bit, but I guess that was intentional? Good work anyway, your style is really evolving.

I liked this when I first read it but didn't get around to commenting. I think it's nicely self contained in three pages. The kind of thing I used to look for in the original run of DeeVee. You should try more of these.

Daren, cheers also... I'm been hoping to do a few more of these shorter style stories, tricky thing seems to be finding content or at least ideas that can be explored and rounded out nicely in that amount of pages.
