Original colours by Peter Steigerfald I believe and which I've copied to a large extent here. Frankly, I couldn't think of any better colour combo's that didn't suck majorly in some way.

It was interesting to effectively colour this picture twice - once with all the saturated true colours and then again - upside down! - with all the desaturated colours. I eventually found it easier to rotate the entire canvas 180 degrees to colour the 'death' parts of the picture.

This is my first Aquaman as well! I found he's a lot like colouring Spiderman. You use the scales of his shirt (comparable to spidey's web outlines) to guide you on the shading of the muscles underneath.
