I'm done with the first six pages. I'm pretty happy with it so far.

I've watched, or perhaps more accurately put, I've listened to Die Hard III, and two episodes of the West Wing. I also drank three beers and a tequila sunrise. It is Sunday night after all. Bed now. Three quarters to go.

I'm admitting defeat. Unlike Hillary I know when to call it a day. Just after I posted the last set of pages I sat down to eat a dinner of home made sausage rolls, (the irony isn't lost) and I just couldn't get back up to hit the drawing desk again. I'll finish this comic but not within the 24 hours.

You spotted it nicely john. This one is very heavily influenced by ole Shaun. That grinder does look way too much like the lost thing. I'm a poacher. So it goes.

Ahoy!..

Took ages but I finally got a free afternoon to finish this one. It blew out to 27 pages, which if one is to be realistic is only 27 panels. Not such a voluminous work.











i really found this comic satisfying because I think by cheating with the panel per page format I found a nice middle ground where i could work quickly without having to compromise to greatly on form. I might make a little zine out of it one day soon.
