I get the impression that all these new faces you speak of are, in part, and from Melbourne based noobs, from Doujicon. I went and was happified by all the friendly faces, and learnt or was demanded to join Pulp Faction. I've noticed a few people mentioned Douji as a reason to sign up here. So yeah. Good work Ari.

Hi there all. New HERE,

Looks like a great forum/site, so consider yourself stuck with me....fo'eva! Especially since I'm probably moving to Aus in the near future (Melbourne hopefully), I thought I'd get to know the local talent, and then can get to love/hate me! Hehe.

Newbie

Postby [D] on Mon Nov 06, 2006 1:17 pm

Hi Pulp fiction people,
I'm Daniel and I just started out here. Anyways, I write and want to put my past time to some use, also I love comics. So I'm trying to merge two of my passions. Someone pointed me in this direction when I was enquiring on how I could get started, so now I’m here. I’m a bit ashamed I haven’t found this place earlier. :S

It's not your fault Daniel! The internet has a knack for hiding information behind adverts for porn or videos of college kids getting their dogs stoned, or cats that look like Hitler. Anyway now that you've found us welcome!

Hitler cats are a bigger threat to humanity then anything the news may tell us. Thanks, for the welcome, hoping to find people who can help me with my writing and the industry in general. Now all I need is an awesome avatar.

Hey, I'm Aiden. I'm pretty much into comics and art as my passions, aside from skate boarding.

I like both print art and comics, aswell and webcomics (I've personally created, run, and helped with several webcomics).
I'm from the Redcliffe/DeceptionBay area of Brisbane city, and found a link on a buddies journal, Staniel (although he might go by another name here).
