Actually, being the whore that he is, Monstar is willing to give his four preference votes to the candidate with the most imaginative bribe. Let the bidding commence!

So, Monstar, you want to be my Deputy (& worthy successor), Minister for Defense, or Treasurer - ahh hell, you're big enough to be my whole Front Bench!

Cheers,

talking of whores reminds me ...

being a PM race, as of now the "victor" needs to claim 11 of the 21 votes.

who wants to form a coalition(*)?

Monstar - Front Bench - all the perks - the Super, the travel allowances, hey, even the old Phone card rort. You can have your photo taken with celebrities, sports stars. you can holiday at Pine gap & Lucas heights. I can even hook you up with the chicks, man.

You & me dude, the team supreme.

Can i just apologise for the hookers in the boot picture.

Not for the content. I think it's so off that people can tell it's a joke, just the quality of the drawing. I'm actually shooting a pilot for a tv sitcom i wrote this week and it's kinda hectic around here so dispite the fact that i'm loving the election and would really like Bones to win I've spent A LOT of my own money on this pilot so i can't do all the spectacular art i'd love to waste my time on.

Meanwhile back to our regular broadcasting

"Vote Bones!"

Oh Michael, i think Janitor's talents are wasted in his current role as a janitor, wouldn't he prefer to be DOCTOR Jan Eeetor or Chief of Police Jan Eetor?

After a brief and unexpected 'holiday' in Siberia, Owen has returned to find his campaign in tatters! The campaign staff are now missing and presumed dead.

Preferential votes were to go to Monstar, but once the bribery scandal goes public that will be no point - so we're getting behind the 'Bones (after all - you can't kill someone who's already dead!). Owen will now sit for the seat of Minister for Justice, running the scene from Lygon Street.

Well you see Australia works on a preferential system, indications are that according to preferences Bones will win as the majority of candidates have given him the below the line votes. http://www.abc.net.au/elections/federal ... eswork.htm
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Preferential_voting

Going on the preferences that have been provided even if all the unassigned preferences went to Grandstander Bones O'Brien would still be the victor.

Talking through the logic
Candidates with 1 vote eliminated first
The Grim Reaper 1 - goes to Bones
Dominus Michael 1 - no preference indicated
Owen Scott 1 - goes to Bones
Crasher H - no preference indicated

That takes Bones to 10 votes
Grandstander 9 votes, potentially to a maximum of 11 votes

out of a total 27 votes (or 25 if the ones with no preference just dissapear) no party has a majoriy so we go to the next level
Janitor 2 votes - goes to Bones

Bones 12 votes
Grandstander 9 up to 11 votes

Out of a total of 27/25 votes, still no majority. We take it to the next elimination
Monstar 4 votes - goes to Bones

Bones 16 votes
Grandstander 9 up to 11

Bones has more than 50% of the vote. Unless folks want to dispute it I'm gonna call Bones O'Brien the next PM.
