that's quite interesting pretty funny too. So I take it those outdoor shots are places just outside/near your place? I enjoyed it.

Wow, I thought that building was in The NAB's hands foever and ever.

Seriously darling, no mere Longreach legal eagle could afford such prestigious Eagle Street frontage. And no one ever makes an eight thirty appointment on time. You gotta research these things. :)

(I thought the lawyer was in for frying)

Okay, so I bumped my office up a notch to Eagle Street...but hey, the boss owns the NAB building anyway! And believe me, I get clients turning up at 7:30am (including on Saturdays) all the time.

As I was rushing to finish the speech bubbles in the comic, a client rang at 9:30am on Sunday wanting some advice. Having not slept for over 25 hours, I thought it best to call him a bit later!

Never thought I'd be reading a quirky "day-in-the-life-of" comic, but hey, I can't say I mind. I think it's also hard to make humour correspond to events that happen. I think the smart arse one-liner response are a little easier to pull ofin comparison. You did a lot of story planning to get the comedic timing right, and that really worked out. Kudos! :D

Heheh. Highly amusing. I like the blend of photos with the art too. Somehow gives it that serious feel even when it's not taking itself seriously. :D

Great writing Jacen, I enjoyed the piece immensely. You've got a great sense of comic timing. Also a unique take with the photos and drawings juxtaposition, it works well. Hope to read more of your comics in the future.

Jacen, this is great! I really love the concept of a lawyer for heroes/villains. It reminded me of comic books like Powers and Alias but with a legal bent. Writing is great and I like the combination of drawing with photos, it worked. If you polished this up and/or redraw a few pages, you could definitely pitch this I reckon!

The photo/art juxtaposed is just terrific... The storyline, very amusing AND educational. Good Work!
