That was just BRILLIANT. I love it. I love the art, I love the story, I love the kippers ^_^

I was going to say 'oh, what a nice metaphory thingy for the sapping of creativity by evil mass media etc' but then I got to the end and went ARGH! And also yay. Good stuff. My favourite so far, I think.

I absolutely loved that twist, didn't see it coming at all, although I did wonder why he considered his life 'sterile' just before an alien invasion. Easily one of my favourites. Well done!

That twist really grabbed me! Your art's really slick too, and you seem to know just how much tone to use. You also draw very cute birds. :)

This was 'hella rad' as I believe the young people say. Nice greys, too.

I join in the chorus of people getting to the last page and yelling "Twist!" And it's a good twist, too - it ties in perfectly to the opening of the story.

The art is very nice, too - my favourite sequence was on page 10. It captured the action very nicely.

Plus, your strip about avoiding the temptation to plan the 24 comic ahead of time is bang on the money. It was so hard to stop myself doing character sketches when my mind started wandering at work.
