It is such a different style for you - more cartoony, I like it.
I'll have to go find some of those Copic brush markers too now.

Hey Gary, nice stuff :) I don't know what this Bleach is (feels like an idiot lol) but the first thing which jumped into my head was Jet Set Radio heh heh and yes I did see some of your Knight Edge style pop up a bit but it looks really cool non the less. To bad you didn't finish it. Cool :D

Tonia, Thanks, glad to hear you liked the different style I tried. Good luck with finding the Copic brush markers!

Amanda, Hehe, thanks! I probably won't be finishing this story for a while I don't think. Glad to know you liked my lettering. I think this is the first time I've lettered my own work!

Jason, Don't worry, I've only just heard of Bleach earlier this year. Kind of a swords and spirits kind of manga. There's a popular (?) tv anime series, too, and of course lots of games coming out. Jet Set Radio is sooooooooo cool!! I'm a big Dreamcast fan and that is such a cool game! So yeah, couldn't been my subconscious influence to SK8 or Die!

Stephen, Hahaha, I take it you want more panties then?!?

Thanks to everyone for the comments and reading. Still trying to go through everyone's entry. So many talented people!!

Wasn't sk8 or die an old nintendo game?

Awesome art, plenty of fan service. It's a shame you never woke up from that nap to finish it.
(well, obviously you did wake up eventually)

From what I've seen so far: not bad.

It reminds me of those japanese sport-based comics.

This isn't as noisy as other things.

Wen, thanks!! :) Glad to hear you liked the colours for the Waiting Tree, I tried something really different to what I usually colour with that story, since it's one of my favorite work to date!

Alvin, I have no idea if sk8 or die was an old nintendo game or not but I've seen an actual poster of "Skate or Die!" before. Thanks for the compliments!! Yeah, I was too tired to finish this year, but will try for it again next time!

Iain, Thanks! Really, it reminds you of Japanese sport-based manga? Wow. I don't think I've read any except "H2" (a baseball romance one).

'Sk8 or die' used to be on the Commodore 64. What a revolutionary machine. There, now that you all know I'm totally uncool for knowing that I shall go.

Oh, and just in case you can never hear t enough. Awesome art! Gratuity IS an art form right? Mmm... panties... :P

Aww, there ought to be some warning on the entries that didn't get finished...

But yeah, nice art. Nice panty shots. Nice icecreams (that page was my favourite). Shame you didn't get to finish.
